All units are placed on site, ready to go, clean, with fresh water, deodoriser, porta loo chemical and toilet paper.

Regular routine scheduled pump outs, cleaning, and servicing, daily, weekly, fortnightly, or on Demand if required for tank pump outs or your own toilets. Please talk to us about the schedule that best suits you!

We aim to deliver within 24 hours, however depending on demand (this time can vary), so please call to confirm availability, and book your next job in. We also provide emergency pump outs, services and hire so please talk to our team about what best suits for that unexpected emergency.

Please keep in mind that your toilets and tanks need cleaning, servicing and pump outs on a regular basis, and we need access to be able to do this. We understand that often access can be a challenge however without access to pick up, service or pump out, there will be waiting time, additional call out fees or futile charges that may apply.

Either 1 single toilet or 150 units for a major event, please talk to our team about our dedicated Party Units

Where can I have my units placed…

• Is there clear access to the site for delivery of the unit.
• Location you want the unit onsite.
• Is there a gate to go through, will the unit fit through the gate?
• Is there a fence to go over? note we do crane the units in, but we cannot crane over all fences, depending on
  height and access.
• Are there overhead power lines?
• Is there a carport, and if so, is there access through it, is it high enough for delivery & to clean & service
  the units?
• Is there rear lane access, narrow or wide and will a truck fit?
• Can a truck get close enough to crane onto site?
• Will the site/access area be clear of building materials?
• Units are different sizes and heights, please refer to the products for
  dimensions and information.

Locations of Units on site…

• They must be easily accessible for cleaning & servicing by a truck.
• Can I have the toilets at the back of the site? or in the backyard? Our toilets are delivered 100% ready to go, with up to 190 litres of fresh water and with the weight of the water & toilets we are unable to Trolley or Pallet Jack them. All our delivery trucks are mounted with cranes and if there is safe crane able access, we are happy to put it wherever you would like as long as they are serviceable. The other things to consider is regular access for servicing or at the end of the party that the toilets need to be safely removed without spillage and the extra weight makes this even harder to Trolley or Pallet Jack once they have been used.
• Is it within 10-15 metres of the roadway?
• Are there WH&S hazards to access the units.
• Please provide good, clear access as it is not only better and safer for our operators but also for your workers on site.
